All  industries which  are  producing steel  and  steel  as  raw  material  require  surface finishing equipment. The product whether final finished product or semi finished it should be free from rust, scale or any other impurities for any process. There are only two process for descale steel

1)   Wet process: use of chemical (pickling)

2)   Mechanical Process: Shot Blasting or wheel blasting is clean, fast and non polluting environment friendly process.

With advance in technology production of hot rolled strip (carbon, silicon, stainless steel) all process like annealing, cooling, descaling and pickling are done inline integrated process. T he combination of mechanical descaling and chemical pickling has reduced the percentage of chemical use to great extent.
