We offer a wide range of FRP cooling towers of square type -VES series working on the principles of counter flow. In this type of cooling towers, the water is flowed down while the air is pulled upwards with the help of a fan. The air becomes cooler and less saturated with atmosphere as the water flows down the system. We manufacture a product range where the internal parts are directly assessable to ensure easy maintenance and negligible repairs. Our FRP cooling towers are made up of high grade basic material which are resistant to corrosion and any chemical. These can be installed on the roof due to their light weight without any special reinforcement. The directly driven axial flow of the fan ensures a problem free system faced due to the belt and gear drives. The details of our range of products are:

Design Specifications:

Non rusting fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) casing & basin

No special installation required

Casing:

Our tower casing is made from FRP material which is light in weight, non corrosive and durable. The FRP being resilient in nature with sufficient structural strength provides a scope of an additional margin. This is done to ensure safety during high wind velocities and vibrations.

Fills:

We manufacture standard fill which is constructed of a honey comb PVC film. This is used to evenly distribute the water and to transfer air heat with high efficiency. Our product range is capable of withstanding a maximum inlet water temperature of 55c.

Drift Eliminator:

We manufacture PVC fixed type drift eliminator to ensure the water supply over loses which shall not exceed 0.05% of the circulating water flow.

Water distribution System:

We offer static water distribution systems available with multiple branch arms and HDPE spray nozzles. These water distributions systems are made up of GI/PVC pipe which are used for low pressure drop and even distribution of water all through the area. We also offer rotary sprinkler in accordance with the clients' exact requirements.

Basin:

We offer leaf proof basin which are made up of FRP to prevent any type of spillage and seepage of water. Our basin has a deep sump which ensures maximum level of waters at all the times.

Fan:

Our axial flow directly driven fans are designed and constructed specifically to be used in cooling towers. These are made by using cast aluminum blades and hub to obtain a large volume of stability in air at low pressure to maintain a lower noise level.

Electric Motor:

We specially design an enclosed vertical flange mounted motor with a sealed top and an extended thread shaft. These are supplied with cooling tower and a weather proof ip-55 degree of protection which are suitable for hot and humid atmospheres.

All our supporting structures are manufactured by using hot dip galvanized steel.
