Two Paper Reels – Fluting media & liner paper & starch base gum. Powder mixed with water in liquid form. To start the Heaters as heating time is around 40 minutes. Set the Flute roller according to the paper’s thickness – set gum unit & finally set pressure roller, we get 2 Ply. Keep the speed in control to minimize the wastage. Control the breaks of both paper reels for even unwinding. The finish 2 Ply Corrugated paper can be Re-winded for keeping in 2 Ply Roll form. If the cutting size is ready it can cut into require length with the help on online 2 Ply Rotary Sheet Cutter.
