Training Features:
Training provided to guarding personnel is Initial Training or Need Based Training
Training of guarding personnel is carried out as an ongoing process
Training procedure is comprehensive & covers all possible training needs for effectively performing their respective functions
Specialized training is also provided based on client's special requirements
Additionally, refresher training is carried out at regular intervals for latest updates
Eagle’s Orientation:
Training imparted to personnel is based on physical, theoretical and practical aspects (On the job)
At end of the training, we carry out Drill Parade Test and Written Test to judge guarding personnel for the training conducted
Candidates passing tests after completion of 10 days of regular training are segregated as per their aptitude under Industrial, Technology, Corporate, Hospitality (ITCH) category
Eagle’s Parameters:
The security personnel are minimum matriculate
Specialized training of 7 days is imparted to security personnel who are deployed at specific locations like ATMs, MNCs, Ports, Retails, Institutions, Manufacturing or Hospitality Sector
Constant refresher trainings & on-the-job trainings imparted – culminating in 29 training days every year for new inductees & 17 days for existing employees
Specific need based training is also given to employees on emergent basis
