CCP Cizer D 810 is a Di Octyl Terephthalate (DOTP) or Di 2 Ethyl Hexyl Terephthalate (DEHT) type non toxic, phthalate free plasticizer. It has been found to be a safe substitute for general purpose plasticizers like DOP and DINP. It has an excellent compatibility with PVC. It is low volatile & gives excellent electric performance. It offers good performance properties, excellent low temperature flexibility, and heat resisting mechanical property. It is suitable for various applications like Agriculture Cover Film, Geomembrane Film; Liners for Swimming Pool, Soft Toys, Coated Fabrics, Non Toxic Films, Flexible Water Tank etc.

In comparison to DOP, D-810 gives better stiffness, better milling performance, better plate out property and comparable printing performance.

Polymeric plasticizers:

ADEKA’s polymeric plasticizers are known as PN-Series plasticizers. Polymeric plasticizers provide excellent resistance to extraction of oil and solvent, excellent low volatility and heat aging stability for flexible PVC. They are mainly used for heat resistant cable compounds, gaskets and applications requiring resistance to oil extraction. These are available in various viscosities. Low viscosity type is from 160 mPa.s to 1200 mPa.s, Medium viscosity type from 2000 mPa.s. to 5300 mPa.s and high viscosity type from 6000 mPa.s to 10000 mPa.s.

Trimellitate plasticizers:

ADEKA also has Trimellitate type heat resistant plasticizers. These are excellent in heat aging stability, volatility and electrical insulation property. They are mainly used for wire and cables at high temp, automotive upholstery etc.

Anti-static plasticizers:

Anti-static plasticizers for PVC are known LV series. These plasticizers give very good anti- static properties suitable for Flooring, Curtain, Hose, Footwear and Others. Maximum anti- static property is achieved by combining different types of LV series plasticizers. They are compatible with PVC & can replace DOP depending on the anti static property requirement.

Lead Free PVC Stabilizers

ADEKA is one of the pioneers in lead free PVC stabilizers with factories in many countries for PVC Stabilizers and other Plastic Additives. Most of ADEKA PVC stabilizers are RoHS & REACH compliant. ADEKA PVC stabilizers are used in various products like wire & cable, upholstery, sheet, film, profiles, toys, gaskets. PVC stabilizers are available in liquid, powder or paste form.

AC series One Pack Ba-Zn stabilizers are used mainly in Upholstery, Film and Sheets. AC series stabilizers give excellent initial colour, heat stability & transparency. They also improve long term stability when used in combination with some special stabilizers like CPL 46 and light stabilizer like 1413. Some special stabilizer grades are available for low VOC & low fogging applications. These are high performance stabilizers and performance is better at low dosage also. Therefore some of them are cost effective in general purpose applications also.

RUP series Ca-Zn stabilizers are mainly used in Wire & Cable and also used in Non Toxic Films & Sheets, Toys, Medical grade PVC compounds, Hoses and Gaskets. RUP stabilizers are available for filler loaded formulation as well as transparent formulations. These are self lubricated stabilizers. Some RUP grades give very good Congo Red stability and Volume Resistivity which are key requirements for cables. Initial colour & long term colour hold is also good. Performance of some RUP grades in Congo Red Stability & Yellowness Index is comparable to lead stabilizers.
