We offer three types of portable autoclaves for different types of users as per their requirements. The types offered by us are portable, vertical and automatic which is designed keeping in mind the different scenarios where these are used. The portable autoclave has single body manufactured using heavy gauge and is welded with stainless steel. The vertical type autoclave has the lid and the ring manufactured using stainless steel plate with the heavy gauge S.S. inner body. The automatic type autoclave is widely demanded due to its microprocessor controlled operation. Further, automatic autoclave has a particularly designed solenoid valve for pressure release. We also customize these laboratory autoclaves as per the requirements of our clients.

Technical Specifications

Portable Type Autoclave:

    Single body made of heavy gauge. Stainless Steel welded
    The lid heavily polished and fitted with pressure gauge, steam exhausts valve, safety Valve, handle and stand with- stand pressure of 15 lbs/Sq. inch
    Dressing drum supplied if required

Vertical Type Autoclave:

    Inner body is made of heavy gauge Stainless Steel welded
    The lid and the ring are made of Stainless Steel Plate
    The lid, heavily polished and is fitted with pressure gauge, safety valve and steam exhaust valve, and safety valve is set to blow of 20 lb./sq. inch to remove excess and maintain constant pressure
    A rubber gasket is fitted in the ring to ensure steam tight joints
    Outer cover made of polished Stainless Steel with legs
    Fitted with immersion water heaters with foot lifting arrangement
    S.S. perforated basket
    Maximum temperature 121 °C

Automatic Type Autoclave:

    Micro process: Temperature indicator and controller for maintaining temperatures
    Provided with automatic water level indicator buzzer and heater cut off and timer
    Automatic solenoid valve to release pressure
    Option: Temperature above 121 ºC. Vacuum valve
