These pumps are single stage centrifugal pumps ,are ideally used for open wells.   as the pump rests below water level, flow inside the pump is automatic and no suction difficulties arise.   prime mover is wet type.   water cooled, and water lubricated, periodical oil and greasing is not needed.   the stator winding is provided with special water proof bi-axially oriented synthetic film insulated winding wires.
