The industrial heating elements are manufactured by nickel-chrome resistance wire that is uniformly wrapped around Mica winding card. We further insulate these elements with natural Muscovite or Heat Resistant Paper Micanite so that they acquire a high temperature resistance of 550 °C. Our team also ensures that resistance ribbon joints and terminals are spot welded or riveted in order to deliver a trouble free operation.
