For the fixation of cellulose material, we offer our clients with a wide spectrum of HE Brand Dyes (mononchlorotriazine) that is processed using dyeing and printing methods. Because of the low substantive and reactivity, our dyes need more severe conditions for fixation. Our dyes need a long steaming time along with high thermo-fixation temperature (with urea) for the ideal fixation. The HE brand dyes which we offer are soluble at a water temperature of 80 deg. C to 85 deg. C. Further, the water is put over the powder and mixed well. At the low concentration of substantivity, these dyes generate tailing. The use of small paddings constantly and maximum running speed help in avoiding tailing.
