Detailing:

    Cradles can be fork rectangular shaped steel fabricated fastened between disc.
    Discs are fitted on hollow shaft tube with under roller or without under roller carriage with heavy duty pedestal bearing to support the carriage
    Each bobbin is held between pintles with suitable interlock for pintles. Individual wires constant tension can be controlled through mechanically or electronically brake tension
    Heavy duty enclosed gear box or external gear box at the rear end of each carriages having provision driving the carriages in anti clockwise or clockwise direction
    Dual capstan for constant pull and lay, pneumatic / hydraulic braking system for each
    Steel fabricated fork or cradle type cages supported on bearing at both ends on heavy duty hollow shaft
