The DXL & DXN Series Displacement Transducer, combine rugged construction and high performance required for industrial and engineering application. These are based on the principle of Linear Variable Differential Transformer (LVDT). The LVDT coils are wound on nylon, fiber former, housed within a stainless steel case. Its epoxy bonding and vacuum impregnated construction makes the device suitable for operating in wet or oily environments and in application where high levels of mechanical stress (Vibration, Shock etc.) are encountered. The armature assembly is allowed friction free movement within the sensor.
