Centrifugal Fans and Blowers are the key components of any Air Handling System, which move the air by pressurizing the air, thereby, creating a pressure difference. Our range of Centrifugal Fans and Blowers is designed for various applications in the field of air pollution control and ventilation. The range comprises 16 different model types with air handling capacities of upto 2,50,000 M3 / Hr and pressures upto 2500 mm water column. As per the client's demands, we also supply special types of fans to handle higher air volumes and pressures. Constructed using MS weld and stainless steel, our fans are designed to suit the specified applications. In addition, we also design impeller blade profiles of various types to suit the medium handled and the application. Moreover, the impeller of the centrifugal fan is statically and dynamically balanced prior to assembly. The wide range of Centrifugal Fans in class I, II, III and IV are available in following: Backward curved blades Stationary inlet guide vanes Direct driven fans Following are the features of our range: Mild steel/Stainless steel casing of welded construction Multi bladed impeller with cast iron hub Self-aligning ball / roller bearings Mild steel / EN 8 / stainless steel shaft Suitable for Gas temperature of 100oC On special request fans can be supplied for gas temperatures up to 400oC Special Linings: The range of fans offered by us is lined with FRP on the interior to makes them corrosion resistant or painted with heat resistant paint on the interior for high temperature applications. Housing: Housing is designed using split construction in larger fan sizes to facilitate easy inspection and impeller removal. Moreover, impeller doors are also provided on the housing side.
