The bogie table blasting machine is designed to blast clean heavy casting, fabricated part. The components are place on specially designed work cars which travel on rail track, and are conveyed in to blasting chamber. The conveyor speed is provided VFD drives to vary the speed. Blasting Chamber size is customized as per job. The work car inside the camber rotates, and components are exposed to high velocity abrasive propelled from number of blast wheel placed at different angel and position.
Number of blast wheel depends on type of jobs to be blasted. The bogie blasting machine is substitute of manual air blasting. We offer standard and cutomised solution for individual customer requirements.
