Automatic Changeovers are used where the generators are installed between main AC and load. Moreover, these changeovers help in starting as well as stopping the generator automatically. It also helps in changing over EB or generator lines.

•     DG synchronizing relays sense the voltage, frequency and phase angle of DG
•     Give output command for breaker close when DG gives output command for breaker close when both DGs are synchronized
•     In automatic synchronizing, command is given to increase or decrease voltage and frequency
•     Load balance relay is used to ensure that DGs share equal load efficiently
