OEM Boards are suitable for rapid prototyping and even in regular production. Customers are benefited from our proven hardware and software libraries. Apart from the development support, ARL also offers multiple options for the OEM boards. These boards have been used by many industry customers and are very much suitable for industry environment. Customers can directly use them in end application without worrying for hardware development. As result of our continous research, newer versions are regularly introduced for new features and improvement of existing features. Specifications: LPC2138 / LPC2148 processor with 10MHz crystal USB (available for LPC2148 only) RS232 / RS485 serial interface (Factory option, RS485 only for UART1) Support for alphanumeric and GLCD interface. 4 X 4 Matrix keypad. 4 LEDs for general purpose indications. 2 Digital inputs connected to EINT0 and EINT2 through noise filter and pulse shaper 2 Digital inputs (Potential free contact, sink capacity upto 200mA) SD/MMC and microSD card support over SPI Two SPDT relays with RC snubber Supports add-on 64K capacity non volatile SDRAM board Supports add-on ADC daughter board for 12bit / 16bit / 24bit resolution off chip ADC On board 8 channel analog MUX, buffer and noise filter before ADC On board precision voltage reference for ADC On board negative supply generation for analog circuitry Board operated from external single supply of 12V DC (2pin MKDSN connector for power connections) Multiple options offered for varying needs of customers Bare boards: All ciruits schematics are shared with customer. Customer can solder only components on their own and use the board. custom soldered and tested boards: Not all customers have facility to solder high density SMD components.
