The Air Conditioning Test Rig comes with the following 4 Versions:
VERSION 'A' COOLING CYCLE .
VERSION 'B' COOLING & HEATING CYCLE .
VERSION 'C' COOLING, HEATING, HUMIDIFICATION AND DE-HUMIDIFICATION CYCLE(With Preheater & Reheater)
VERSION 'D' COOLING, HEATING, HUMIDIFICATION AND DE-HUMIDIFICATION CYCLE (With Analogue pressure gauges, single temperature indicator with channel selector & energy meter for the power measurement.)
STANDARD PARTS:The setup consists of a 1 tonne Hermetically Sealed Compressor with Freon - 22 as the Refrigerant & an Air cooled condenser. High quality Thermostat are provided for maintaining temperature at requisite conditions. Pressure indicators & Temperature indicators are provided to measure High & Low pressure and Temperatures in the flow lines with simultaneous holding system for recording the readings. A Digital Anemometer is provided for air flow measurement. Power is measured by means of a Digital Power meter / Energy meter (if version D is selected) . A Circulating Fan with baffle is provided for air circulation. The experiment can be conducted in both open and closed cycles. The whole arrangement is mounted in a specially designed self sustained sturdy frame with NOVAPAN board control panel. The control panel houses all the indicators, accessories and necessary instrumentations.
