Our active dried yeast is a granulated tiny yeast particle which is dried and vacuum-sealed. Being the commonly available form of yeast, dried active baking yeast is used by non commercial bakers to raise dough for baking bread rolls, cakes etc. Our yeast responds to sugar and converts it to carbon dioxide causing the mixture to grow.
