Manufacturing Facilities

We have separate units dedicated for the production process. The manufacturing unit contains various advanced tools and technology and utilizes modern methods like SPF, QC Tools and high end CNC Linear Coil Winding Machines, Basics of LEAN & 6 SIGMA etc. The designing unit consists of CAD/CAM software and other up-to-date software for effective designing. The manufactured products are checked for any defaults and defects in the testing unit. The products are then packed and sent to customers.

Warehouse and Packaging Facility

Our warehousing facility is one of the important part in the organization. Since transformers and chokes are manufactured in bulk, warehouses are very much needed for storage. We have efficient personnel governing the facility. The facility is designed to defend products from heat, rodents, water and other risky elements. We use packaging material like Paper Corrugated, Ply wood, Polyurethane Buffer, MS Steel frames for packing products.
