Established in the year 1996, Nova Engineering Company, has been committed to serving the requirements of the clients diligently and efficiently. As reputed manufacturers and suppliers of steel plant equipment such as segment assembly, eccentric assembly, straightener assembly, dummy bar assembly. We have moved forward with the sole aim of offering better and more advanced machines to our clients all over the world. 

NOVA ENGINEERING, a professionally managed firm catering to the needs of engineering industry by supplying various types of equipments like Mould Assembly, Roller Apron Assembly, Zone – I Assembly, Straightener are qualitative machines. Engaged in the activities of design, development, manufacture and testing of various equipments for steel plants.

THE BUSINESS:

The firm is in the process of manufacturing steel plant equipments; it is also in the process of exclusively fabrication or exclusively machining at the choice of customer. Whatever it be, the firm assures a quality product. 

THE MANAGEMENT:

Preciously experienced professional engineers. Well experienced in one’s own field of engineering. Highly experienced in the field of design development fabrication, machining and assembly technology. Though they are experienced in General Engineering expertise is available in the field of steel plant equipments and furnaces of different kinds.

THE FACTORY:

Admeasuring 1500 sq. m (approx) is situated at Plot No.213, Rd. No-30 of Wagle Industrial Estate of Thane, one of the largest Industrial Estate in Asia, has three divisions-The machine shop, Fabrication and Assembly.

THE MACHINE SHOP:

Well trained workmen of their own field. Well knowledge about their own machines, well versed with measuring instruments and thorough in engineering drawings, a real asset to the firm. Very versatile and professionals. Supervised by professionally qualified engineer. The quality of the product stands for and explains for itself the quality of the machine shop.

THE FABRICATION DIVISION:

A professionally set bay exclusively for fabrication in two places. Supervised by highly experienced professional it attracts many of the professional customers. The beauty lies in the quality of product given by the excellent fitters and extremely high experienced welders. Quality of measuring instruments, die punches manufactured by the firm and the templates made from sketches of high defined three dimensional computer graphics provide for a quality product, tools and shackles as mentioned in annexure.

THE MACHINES:

Annexure 1 indicates the in house facilities, machines and the measuring instruments available. Additional machines and instruments can be made available to suit the operational requirements. Satellite facilities are also available, under control for requirements like CNC machining, Jig boring, wire cut, surface grinding, radial grinding, machining of bigger jobs etc.
