The Company was set up in the year 1995 with the intention of producing quality processed foods utilizing the high grade products from the Group’s orchard and agricultural divisions using organic fertilizers. Engaging skilled personnel and using state – of – the art machinery at its modern factory the company produces sauce, squash, jams, jelly, pickles, chutney including a variety of fruit juices, bhujia, snacks and rosogolla. As bulk of the raw materials are procured internally, the result is high quality products at costs that are appreciably lower than the other competitive brands available in the market. 

The expansion of the existing factory is in progress, which will be of international standard with automatic and semi automatic machinery. The response of the company’s products is overwhelming and the company plans to venture into foreign markets and has thus set up an Export Division in Kolkata. The Company has currently taken the task of providing ethnic Indian Food Products both in the domestic and overseas market and has ambitious plans fro opening up of substantial number of Food Hubs in and around Kolkata.On the occasion of 12th Foundation day (21.5.2006) at Kolkata the Company has launched Organic Food products with herbal mixing in the market.
