Technical Specifications

Our spreading system consists of two Spreading Units, each using a three roller design. The two fixed position rollers are in constant contact with the tire cords. The bite roll dips into the cords at the edge of the web. The width of the cord is controlled by changing of the bite angle (beta) by manually adjusting the CANT angle (alpha), ability to spread is optimized.
