Established in the year 1962, our company, Babbar Wreckers started as a small scale industry and eventually developed into a renowned private limited company in the year 1994. Since this transition, we operate under the name Babber Wrecker Pvt Ltd. Our company is efficiently engaged in the manufacture and supply of different types of recovery breakdown wreckers in different lifting capacities such as 1 ton single boom and twin boom wreckers with 5 ton, 7.5 ton, 10 tons and 15 tons lifting capacities. With this range, we are able to meet a variety of usage requirements such as to recover, dig out, derrick & remove disabled, damaged commercial vehicles that are ditched in deeper levels and can be lifted efficiently. This removes any type of vehicle from a derailed or non-conformity area and shift them onto safer places. With this, vehicles can move in a smooth and uncongested manner by easing the heavy traffic. Our clients use the wreckers we offer to lift up the load and move heavy machinery as well as equipment. Along with recovery breakdown wreckers, we also manufacture mobile dispensary vehicles, half body trucks, fire fitting tenders and jail vans as well. These are fabricated in accordance with the exact specifications provided by our Indentors. We have a well installed production capacity that helps us develop 20 wreckers in a month. Our quality assurance process involves: Procurement of Raw Materials We make sure that all our raw materials are procured from well known manufacturers of quality parts & spare parts, independent sellers or authorized dealers. These materials come with ISI or ISO specifications and are checked for quality by regulatory authorities for: Receiving a test certificate from laboratory experts and suppliers Test the materials within authorized test houses such as R.K. Inspection & Testing House, Shriram Test House and National Physical Laboratory Assembling of Parts While assembling the parts, all the assemblies are duly tested for the level of performance. All the fixtures are checked in a detailed manner and lubricated regularly, which is a part of the maintenance process and protects all parts against damage. Performance Trial of Recovery Wrecker The wrecker is fitted with chassis and is tested for its lifting capacity firstly with dead weight compound using booms. This is carried out with or without appropriate hookup and anchorage in action. We also conduct derricking test by lifting loaded vehicles on roads and moving them over to workshops. Once the digging operations are completed by removing disabled vehicles or dead weight from the deep ditch, they are recovered to be moved onto a safer area. Delivery Performance Trial Subsequent to delivering the wrecker equipment over to the Indentors, the vehicle is tested for performance that forms a part of recovery operation. While on performance trial, all the wrecker's components are tested ideally according to the specifications, procedures and the vehicle is approved for quality assurance.
