Company Introduction

ASIA POWER ELECTRICAL is a small scale industry based at Chennai, we have specialised in repairing, rewinding and servicing of Power Transformers up to 100 MVA 230 KV Class. We are having vast experience in this filed. we are having young and talented engineers, staff and workmanship who have experience of more than 15 years in this filed (m/s Hackbridge-Hewittic and Easun Ltd., Chennai) and also we are doing erection and commissioning of power transformers.

APE located at No: 31/1, New Ennore High Road, Thiruvettriyur, Chennai - 600019. We are fully equipped to do the repair and servicing of transformers at site including drying out the active parts of transformer and applying the vacuum through vacuum machine before filling of oil and also filtration we will be done of oil using 4.5KL/hour filter machine till BDV reach us satisfactory level. We do the test at site itself.

We also supply the spares of Power Transformers. We are also engaged in providing services for power transformers with high efficiency and as per customer specification also.

At present we have undertaken following order to TNEB:

Rate contract for 33KV Class Transformer Repair, rewinding and Overhauling.

Rate Contract for 110KV Class Transformer Repair, Rewinding and overhauling.

T & R Transformers Repair and Rewinding work.

Other than TNEB we are having valid customers list also enclosed here with.

We are having all necessary tools and Plants Testing Equipments, details are enclosed here with. In our factory, we are having 40 Ton Crane and other all equipments.
