• All orders are shipped FOB our Mississauga, Ontario location
• Freight costs include shipping and handling charges
• Ground Fright : Most of our ground freight is sent by CANPAR (for Canadian shipments) or UPS (for US shipments)
• Air Fright within Canada: We have excellent AIR rates with DHL and Purolator. Please specify your choice at the time of ordering
• Air Fright for USA: We have excellent UPS rates into the USA for 1-Day / 2-Day / 3-DAY Rush services
• Customer’s Courier: Please provide any preferred shipping method at the time of ordering, along with the courier account & customer’s billing address
• Pickup Orders : Customer’s may pick up orders at our Mississauga Office. Please call in advance to advise your preferred time. Pickups are available between 09:30 a.m and 4:00PM
